MÉTODO PARA QUANTIZAR, MÉTODO PARA DECODIFICAR, MÉTODO PARA CODIFICAR, E MEIO DE GRAVAÇÃO LEGÍVEL POR COMPUTADOR NÃO TRANSITÓRIO Um método para quantizar é fornecido que inclui quantizar um sinal de entrada selecionando um de um primeiro esquema de quantização não usando predição inter quadro e um segundo esquema de quantização usando predição inter quadro em consideração de um ou mais de um modo de predição, um erro preditivo e um estado de canal de transmissão.

TRANSITÓRIO Campo Técnico 5 Métodos e dispositivos consistentes com a presente revelação se referem à quantização e dequantização de coeficientes de codificação preditiva linear, e mais especificamente, a um método para eficientemente quantizar os coeficientes de codificação preditiva linear com baixa complexidade, um método de codificação de som empregando o método de quantização, um método para dequantizar os coeficientes de codificação preditiva linear, um método de decodificação de som empregando o método de dequantização, e um meio de gravação para os mesmos.
Fundamentos da Técnica Nos sistemas para codificar um som, tal como voz ou áudio, coeficientes de Codificação Preditiva Linear (LPC) são usados para representar uma característica de frequência de curto prazo do som. - REIVINDICAÇÕES -
1. MÉTODO PARA QUANTIZAR, caracterizado por compreender: selecionar, com base em um erro preditivo, um de um 5 primeiro módulo de quantização sem predição interquadro e um segundo módulo de quantização com predição interquadro, em um tipo laço aberto; e quantizar, executada por um processador, um sinal de entrada usando o módulo de quantização selecionado.

MÉTODO PARA DECODIFICAÇÃO, caracterizado por compreender: selecionar, com base em um parâmetro a partir de um fluxo de bits, um de um primeiro esquema de decodificação sem predição interquadro e um segundo esquema de decodificação com a predição interquadro, em um tipo laço aberto; e decodificar, executado por um processador, o fluxo de bits, com base no esquema de decodificação selecionado, sendo que o primeiro esquema de decodificação compreende um dequantizador de treliça-estruturada com restrição em bloco e um preditivo intraquadro.

MÉTODO PARA CODIFICAR, caracterizado por compreender: selecionar, com base em um erro preditivo, um de um primeiro módulo de quantização sem predição inter quadro e um segundo módulo de quantização com um tipo de laço 5 aberto; quantizar um sinal de entrada mediante a utilização do módulo de quantização selecionado; e gerar um fluxo de bits com base em um de um resultado quantizado de primeiro módulo de quantização e um resultado quantizado do segundo módulo de quantização.
