Abstract

dispositivo e kit de cultura de separação por membrana, método para separar células-tronco, membrana de separação, métodos para produzir a membrana de separação, de modificação, e para modificar a superfície de um corpo moldado um dispositivo do tipo de separação por membrana de cultura (1) que compreende uma estrutura superior (10) que compreende um vaso que envolve, em pelo menos uma de suas partes, uma membrana (12) tendo poros (121) para permitir que as células-tronco passem através da mesma e uma estrutura inferior (13) que compreende um vaso para conter um fluido em uma tal quantidade que a membrana na estrutura superior possa ser imersa no fluido; um kit do tipo de separação por membrana de cultura que compreende o dispositivo do tipo de separação por membrana de cultura (1) e um fator de migração de célula; um método de separação de célula-tronco que compreende uma etapa de semear células ou tecidos de interesse sobre a membrana (12) na estrutura superior (10), uma etapa de encher um meio de cultura que contém um fator de migração de célula na estrutura inferior (13), e uma etapa de levar a membrana (12) na estrutura superior (10) em contato com o meio de cultura na estrutura inferior (13); e uma membrana de separação que compreende uma membrana base que compreende um polímero hidrofóbico e uma camada funcional que compreende pelo menos um polímero hidrofílico selecionado de um polímero do tipo vinil-pirrolidona, um polímero do tipo polietileno gicol e um polímero do tipo álcool vinílico que está ligado à superfície da membrana base por intermédio de uma ligação covalente, em que o peso do polímero hidrofílico que constitui a camada funcional é de 1,5 a 35% em peso em relação ao peso total da membrana de separação.
