Abstract
MEMBRANA DE CANAL PERMEáVEL INTEGRADO, MóDULO DE BIORREATOR DE MEMBRANAS, MóDULO DE MEMBRANAS EM ESPIRAL, MéTODO PARA PROPORCIONAR UMA MEMBRANA COM CANAL PERMEáVEL INTEGRADO E UTILIZAçãO DE UMA MEMBRANA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma membrana, compreendendo um canal permeável consistindo num tecido espaçador 3D com uma superfície superior e inferior do tecido (2,3) separadas por fio de monofilamento (4) a uma distância pré-definida, estando o referido canal permeável interposto entre duas camadas de membrana (12, 13), em que as referidas camadas de membrana estão ligadas numa multitude de pontos às referidas superfícies superior e inferior do tecido para formar uma estrutura integral com uma elevada resistência de ligação adequada para operações de retrolavagem.A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um método para proporcionar uma membrana com canal permeável integrado, compreendendo os passos de: - Proporcionar um tecido espaçador 3D compreendendo uma superfície superior e inferior do tecido (2,3) separadas por um fio de monofilamento (4) a uma distância pré-definida, e - Aplicação de uma camada de membrana em ambas a referida superfície superior e a referida superfície inferior do tecido.
