Abstract
dispositivo para usinagem fina de superfícies opticamente ativas, em particular, para lentes de óculos a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (10) para usinagem fina de superfícies opticamente ativas, em particular, para lentes de óculos, tendo um eixo de haste (32) que tem uma porção de porta-ferramenta (34) e sendo montado no alojamento de haste (36), de modo que possa girar em torno de um eixo de rotação de ferramenta (a) e tendo um acionador rotativo elétrico (38) incluindo rotor (40) e estator (42), e por meio do qual o eixo de haste operativamente conectado ao rotor pode ser acionado para girar em torno do eixo de rotação da ferramenta, enquanto a porção porta-ferramenta pode ser deslocada axialmente na direção do eixo de rotação da ferramenta. um aspecto particular deste dispositivo reside no fato de rotor, estator, e eixo de haste serem arranjados coaxialmente no alojamento de haste, este último, por sua vez, sendo guiado no tubo guia (44) de maneira axialmente deslocável (2) definida na direção do eixo de rotação de ferramenta, em que o eixo de haste tem a forma de eixo oco, através do qual a porção de porta ferramnta configurada para conter um mandril de membrana (46), pode ser submetida a um fluído, o que provê, em particular, uma estrutura muito compacta e permitindo um movimento compensatório axial da ferramenta durante uma usinagem fina.
