Abstract

método para fabricar partes de chapa de aço de alta resistência sujeitas em uso a tensões de fadiga o método de fabricação compreende as etapas de: executar uma ou mais operações de conformação (pelo menos uma da seguinte: fabricação de tubo, modelagem, estampagem a frio e hidrodeformação) e, se necessário, também uma operação de soldagem cordão em uma chapa de aço de alta resistência, em particular de aço de baixa liga de alta resistência. a fim de dar a geometria desejada para a parte; e submeter a parte assim a um único tratamento térmico conistindo somente de um tratamento de alívio de tensões residuais, o qual pereferivelmente é executado em uma temperatura compreendida na faixa de 530ºc a 580 ºc por um tempo compreendido no intervalo de 45 a 60 minutos e é seguido pelo resfriamento da parte ao ar. por causa de a parte conformada ser submetida a um tratamento térmico de alívio de tensões residuais, o estado de tensão residual por causa do processo de conform~ção inicial e da soldagem de cordão, se alguma, é eliminado ou pelo menos reduzido significamente.
