Abstract
método para produzir um glicosídeo etilenicamente insaturado. são descritos glicosídeos etilenicamente insaturados da fórmula (i) em que y, y<39>, m, a, x, r ~3~ e r ~4~ têm os significados dados na descrição, são produzidos reagindo um composto etilenicamente insaturado da fórmula (ii), com um polissacarídeo compreendendo 10 ou mais unidades de polissacarídeo, tais como amido, amilose, amilopectina, celulose, na presença de uma glicosidade, tais como amilase, celulase, glicosidade ou galactosidade ou glicosiltransferase, tais como ciclomaltodextrina glucanotransferase.
