dispositivo e método para medir a espessura do gelo. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (100) e método para medir a espessura do gelo em uma primeira superfície (110) de um elemento de contrução (120) disposto em um asp de uma turbina de vento. o dispositivo compreende uma disposição de sensor (130) disposta em conexão com o dito elemento de construção e disposto para fornecer os valores de impedância, e uma unidade de processamento (140) acoplada à disposição de sensor (130) e disposta para determinar a presença de gelo com base nos valores de impedância fornecidos.o dispositivo compreende adicionalmente uma disposição de sensor de referência (150) disposta para gerar valores de impedância de referência. a unidade de processamento (140) é adicionalmente disposta para determinar a presença de gelo baseada na determinação de uma relação entre os valores de impedância determinados pela disposição de sensor e os valores de impedância de referência gerados pela disposição de sensor de referência.
