Abstract

processo para a preparação de derivados de di-hidropirrol. a presente invenção refere-se a processos estereoseletivos para a preparação de compostos de fórmula (i) caracterizado pelo fato de que p ser fenil, naftil, um grupo heteroarilo de 6 membros contendo uma ou dois átomos de nitrogênio como membros do anel, ou um grupo heteroarilo bicíclico de 10 membros contendo uma ou dois átomos de nitrogênio como membros do anel, e em que os grupos fenil, nagtil e heteroaril são opcionalmente substituídos; r^ 1^é clorodifluoutometila ou trifluorometila; r^ 2^ é aril opcionalmente substituído ou heteroaril opcionalmente substituído; n é 0 ou 1; incluindo o processo compreendendo (a-i) fazer reagir um composto de fórmula ii em que p, r^ 1^ e r^ 2^são definidos para o composto de fórmula i; com nitrometano na presença de um catalisador quiral para dar um composto de fórmula iii em que p, r^ 1^ e r^ 2^ são definidos para o composto de fórmula i; e (a-ii) redutivamente ciclizar o composto de fórmula iii para dar o composto de fórmula i. a presente invenção também fornece intermediários úteis para processos de síntese dos compostos de fórmula (i).
