processos de pré-tratamento de pintura com impacto ambiental baixo, como uma alternativa para tratamento de fosfatase convencional. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo alternativo para os processos de fosfatase e fosfodesengordurar,que compreende: <sym> substituição de fosfatase de zinco a. uma etapa de desengordura alcalina do artigo a ser fosfatado: b. uma primeira lavagem com água da torneira; c. uma segunda lavagem com água desmineralizada; d. um tratamento de conversão em um banho contendo sais de zircônio, fosfatos, complexos de fluoreto, amônia, pelo menos um inibidor de corrosão, um sistema de espessamento de lama da reação, e opcionalmente, compostos de titânio e vanádio; e. uma lavagem final antes do tratamento do artigo no forno. <sym> substituição do processo de fosfodesengordurar a. um tratamento de conversão em um banho contendo sais de zircônio, fosfatos, complexos de fluoreto, amônia, pelo menos um inibidor de corrosão, pelo menos um processo acelarados, pelo menos um agente de isolamento, pelo menos um tensoativo, um sistema de espessamento de lama da reação, e opcionalmente, compostos de titânio e vanádio; b. uma lavagem com água da torneira; c. uma lavagem com água desmineralizada antes do tratamento do artigo no fornor.
