método e sistema para utilizar simulação estatística multiponto para modelar tendências de propriedade de reservatório um método e sistema implementados em computador para simular tendências de propriedade de reservatório, incluindo tendências petrofísicas, dentro de geocorpos de fáceis é fornecido. uma modalidade inclui a discretização de faixa de valores da propriedade de reservatório a modelar em, pelo menos, duas categorias e a utilização das categorias para efetuar a discretização dos dados de poço associados e da imagem de aprendizagem em dados de poço categóricos e em uma imagem de aprendizagem categórica. uma modalidade inclui a aplicação de simulação mps utilizando a imagem de aprendizagem categórica em uma grade estratigráfica de nós de discretização do volume de reservatório para criar um modelo de propriedade categórica. a modalidade inclui, além disso, a aplicação de uma simulação à base de variogramas em cada sub-região do modelo de propriedade categórica para criar um modelo de propriedade de reservatório que reproduz o histograma de categoria de cada sub-região associada e modela as tendências de propriedade de reservatório.
