inibidores da esfingosina quinase a presente invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmulaq (i) em que r1, r2, r3, r4, r5, r6, r7, r8, r9, r10, r11,r12, r13, r14, r15, r16, r17, m1, m2, m3, m4, y1, y2, v, w, n, m e o possuem os significados indicados na reivindicação 1, e sais fisiologicamente aceitáveis, derivados, pró-fármacos, solvatos, tautômeros e estereoisômeros desses, incluindo as suas misturas em todas as razões, para o uso no tratamento de doenças que são influenciadas pela inibição de sph quinase 1.
