Abstract

método de fabricação de vidraça isolante a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de pelo menos uma porção de uma vedação garantindo estanquidade entre pelo menos um primeiro e um segundo painel de vidro em um sistema de vidraça, o método inclui os passos seguintes: depositar uma primeira camada adesiva sobre uma primeira zona periférica do primeiro painel e uma segunda camada adesiva sobre uma segunda zona periférica do segundo painel; soldar um primeiro elemento de vedação de metal para a primeira camada adesiva; soldar um segundo elemento de vedação de metal ou o referido primeiro elemento de vedação de metal para a segunda camada adesiva. de acordo com a invenção, a primeira e segunda camadas adesivas são depositadas utilizando um método de pulverização de chama de combustível oxi de alta velocidade.
