Abstract

processo para tratamento de material lignocelulósico um processo para tratamento de material lignocelulósico incluindo as seguintes etapas: (1) trituração do material lignocelulósico ; (2) mistura das partículas resulatntes em água e dsipersão da mistura por meio de um moniho coloidal para formar um suspensão; (3) homogenização de alta pressão na suspenção para obter uma partícula com diâmetro de 10 a 40<109>; (4) tampoamento da suspensão pelo uso de acetato de sólido e solução tampão de ácido acético e posterior de celulase ,<225>glucosidase e xilanase e realização de enzimólise de 36 a 72 horas.
