Abstract
"APARELHO PARA DISPENSAR BEBIDA ALCOóLICA". Um sistema de resfriamento para aparelho de dispensa de cerveja doméstico tem uma ponte térmica mediana provendo uma barreira de capacidade de resfriamento latente. A ponte pode ter uma cavidade preenchida com uma solução de resfriamento com pelo menos uma série de aletas de trocador de calor espaçadas separadas estendendo-se substancialmente ao longo e intersticialmente dentro da cavidade a partir de pelo menos uma parede da cavidade de maneira a aumentar a transferência de calor ao redor da cavidade. The cooling plate has an electrical resistance heater mounted on it to maintain the temperature of the beer in the small barrel adjacent to its bottom portion above the freezing temperature of the beer. The cooling system is economical in its space requirements and raises beer cooling to a desired serving temperature. The invention also provides a small beer barrel for such systems.
