Abstract

"PROCESSO E TUBO DE NERVURAS PARA A DEGRADAçãO TéRMICA DE HIDROCARBONETOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a degradação térmica de hidrocarbonetos na presença de vapor, durante o que a mistura de alimentação é orientada através de tubos aquecidos externamente com nervuras internas helicoidais, e um fluxo em redemoinho é produzido no interior da mistura gasosa a fim de homogeneizar a temperatura dentro da parede de tubo e sobre a seção transversal de tubo e impedir a deposição de coque de pirólise na parede interna do tubo. O fluxo em redemoinho é gradualmente introduzido com um fluxo axial predominante em uma zona de núcleo e a uma distância radial maior das nervuras.
