Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAçãO DE UM áCIDO DE LEWIS DE UMA MISTURA DE REAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um método para a reciclagem de um ácido de Lewis de uma mistura de reação (1), obtida pela hidrocianatação de um composto olefinicamente insaturado para fornecer uma nitrila, que tem um intervalo de miscibilidade com água, sob certas condições de concentração, pressão e temperatura, na presença de um sistema catalisador compreendendo um ácido de Lewis e um composto complexo de um composto contendo fósforo adequado como um ligando e um átomo central adequado para dito composto, caracterizado pelo fato de a) dito composto complexo ser separado de uma mistura (I) para fornecer uma mistura (II), b) a mistura (II) ser tratada com água e sofrer uma transformação gerando condições de pressão e temperatura para fornecer uma fase (III) com uma proporção mais elevada de água do que dita nitrila e uma fase (IV) que tem uma proporção mais elevado de dita nitrila do que de água, por meio do que a fase (III) tem um teor mais elevado de dito ácido de Lewis do que a fase (IV), c) a fase (III) ser tratada com um diluente líquido (V) que c1) não forma um azeótropo com água e cujo ponto de ebulição é mais elevado do que o da água sob certas condições de pressão, ou c2) forma um azeótropo ou heteroazeótropo com água sob certas condições de pressão, d) a mistura da fase (III) e o diluente líquido (V) serem destilados sob as condições de pressão dadas na etapa cl) ou c2), para fornecer uma mistura (VI) que tem uma proporção mais elevada de água do que o diluente líquido (V) e uma mistura (VII) que tem uma proporção mais elevada de diluente (V) do que a água, por meio do que a mistura (VII) tem um mais elevado teor de dito ácido de Lewis do que a mistura (VI), e e) a mistura (VII) ser alimentada a uma hidrocianatação de um composto olefinicamente insaturado para fornecer uma nitrila que tem um intervalo de miscibilidade com a água sob certas condições de concentração, pressão e temperatura, na presença de um sistema catalisador compreendendo um ácido de Lewis e um composto complexo de um composto contendo fósforo adequado como um ligando e um átomo central adequado para dito composto.
