A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas, em particular composições orais, com teor terapeuticamente ativo de oxcarbazepina, as quais apresentam uma liberação sustentada do ingrediente ativo. As composições apresentam um perfil característico de liberação in vitro.
