Abstract

"PROCESSO E MáQUINA PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA FOLHA TISSUE". Em um processo para a fabricação de uma folha tissue (12) mediante uma máquina tissue (10) com uma caixa de entrada (14) e uma cinta portadora sem fim (16), com a qual a folha tissue (12) é conduzida por uma fenda de prensagem (22), formada entre um cilindro secador (18) e uma contra-unidade (20), onde é usada como caixa de entrada, uma caixa de entrada de várias camadas (14). Pelo menos dois tipos de massa diferentes podem ser aduzidos a esta caixa de entrada de várias camadas (14). Em seguida à fenda de prensagem (22), a folha tissue (12) é enrolada através de um dispositivo de bobinagem (enroladeira) (24). A dureza da bobina em formação (80), de preferência, é influenciada, especialmente, controlada e/ou regulada aqui de maneira predeterminável.
