Abstract
"SISTEMA DE CAMADAS E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DO MESMO". São descritos sistemas de camadas que contêm (1) um substrato (S), (2) uma camada resistente ao risco (K), obtenível pelo menos por endurecimento parcial de um agente de revestimento contendo um policondensado preparado pelo processo sol-gel à base de pelo menos um silano e (3) uma camada de cobertura (D), obtenível pelo menos por endurecimento parcial de um agente de revestimento obtenível pela hidrólise comum de (a) um composto da fórmula geral IM(R<39>)~ m~ (I), na qual M é um elemento ou um composto selecionado do grupo constituído de Si, Ti, Zr, Sn, Ce, Al, B, VO, ln e Zn, R<39> representa um radical hidrolisável e m é um número inteiro de 2 até 4 e (b) de um composto da fórmula geral II RbSiR<39>a, (II), na qual os radicais R<39> e R são iguais ou diferentes, R<39> é definido tal como acima, R representa um grupo alquila, um grupo alquenila, um grupo arila ou um grupo hidrocarboneto com um ou mais grupos halogênio, um grupo epóxi, um grupo glicidilóxi, um grupo amino, um grupo mercapto, um grupo metacrilóxi ou um grupo ciano e a e b independentes um do outro, assumem os valores 1 até 3, sendo que a soma de a e b é igual a 4. Os sistemas de camadas destacam-se por uma excelente resistência ao risco e à abrasão.
