Abstract

"GOMA DE MASCAR EM FORMA DE Pó, MéTODO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO E PRODUTO BASEADO NA MESMA". O objeto da presente invenção é uma goma de mascar inovadora com o formato de um tablete que pode ser fabricada por meio de compressão direta de uma formulação de goma em forma de pó; a goma de mascar assim obtida está caracterizada por uma agradável mascabilidade que permanece inalterada ao longo de todo o período em que a goma é mascada sem sofrer o endurecimento que tipicamente ocorre na maior parte das gomas de mascar convencionais. A goma de mascar em forma de pó é fabricada através de um método que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) mistura de uma goma básica mole, ou seja uma base de goma, com pelo menos um adoçante e, opcionalmente, pelo menos um outro ingrediente típico de gomas de mascar, sob uma temperatura de entre cerca de 35 e 75<198>C, b) resfriamento da mistura assim obtida até uma temperatura de entre cerca de 0 e -40<198>C e preferencialmente entre -10 e -40<198>C, c) moagem e subseq³ente peneiramento da mistura assim obtida até um tamanho de partícula de menos do que cerca de malha 10, d) mistura opcional do pó assim obtido com pelo menos um agente anti-aglutinação, e)compressão opcional da mistura assim obtida.
