Abstract

"CONEXãO DE EXTREMIDADE PARA TUBULAçõES E MéTODO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO". Conexão de extremidade para tubulações de um material rígido, mas deformável, e compreendendo um envoltório de tubulação (1) que se projeta para dentro da extremidade de tubulação (15), cujo envoltório de tubulação é rotacionalmente simétrico em torno de um eixo central longitudinal (9) e que é feita em um material relativamente rígido e equipada com uma superfície de revestimento (2), tendo um diâmetro que seja adaptado ao diâmetro interno da tubulação de tal maneira que a extremidade de tubulação pode ser aplicada ao envoltório de tubulação. A superfície de revestimento é equipada com as duas porções providas de recessos (3, 4) que se estendem perifericamente em torno da superfície de revestimento, em cujos recessos (3, 4) se alocam as partes entalhadas da extremidade de tubulação. Um elemento de vedação (13) assegura a vedação entre o envoltório de tubulação e a extremidade de tubulação. As partes entalhadas (24, 25) da extremidade de tubulação (15) cooperam com os recessos (3, 4) para permitir um movimento rotacional relativo entre a extremidade de tubulação e o envoltório de tubulação (1). O elemento de vedação (13) tem uma localização que é separada da localização axial das peças entalhadas e dos recessos, mais precisamente em uma parte intermediária (10) da superfície de revestimento (2) do envoltório de tubulação (1), entre os recessos (3, 4).
