"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM ISOLADO DE PROTEìNA". Um rendimento melhorado de isolado de proteína de semente oleaginosa, preferivelmente isolado de semente oleaginosa de canola, em um procedimento de extração aquosa de farinha de semente oleaginosa é obtido a partir de uma farinha de semente oleaginosa que teve o solvente evaporado a uma temperatura de cerca de 100<198>C ou menos, preferivelmente de cerca de 70<198>C a 80<198>C.
