Abstract
"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE PEDAçOS DE MADEIRA PARA A REMOçãO DE ELEMENTOS INORGâNICOS INDESEJáVEIS A PARTIR DOS PEDAçOS DE MADEIRA". A presente invenção se refere a um processo de tratamento de pedaços de madeira para a remoção de elementos inorgânicos indesejáveis a partir dos pedaços de madeira precedentemente ao cozimento em uma linha de produção para polpa química. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o processo está caracterizado pelo fato de que os pedaços de madeira, possuindo ar aprisionado, são tratados com uma solução de lixiviação aquosa em uma temperatura e em uma pressão elevadas (temperatura de 40<198>C - 120<198>C e pressão de pelo menos 0,1 MPa (e) por 5 minutos - 240 minutos), seguido pela drenagem em pressão atmosférica ou abaixo da pressão atmosférica, as pressões sendo controladas para fornecerem um conteúdo de umidade nos pedaços de madeira tão baixo quanto possível para resultado e comportamento de lixiviação adequados dos pedaços de madeira em um subsequente digestor. A solução de lixiviação aquosa utilizada no tratamento, isto é, a água de processo de fábrica de polpa, possui um baixo conteúdo de componentes inorgânicos indesejáveis, tal como solução ou condensado gasto de planta de alvejamento. A solução de lixiviação aquosa drenada a partir dos pedaços de madeira tratados pode ser purificada e reciclada de volta para o tratamento de solução de lixiviação (isto é, para o processo).
