Abstract
"FERRAMENTA DE FORMA PARA A PRODUçãO DE PARTES MOLDADAS DE ESPUMA EM PARTìCULAS". A invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de forma para a produção de partes moldadas de espuma em partículas, tendo pelo menos uma parte de ferramenta que consiste em um número finito de camadas, as quais são paralelas umas às outras, pelo menos em segmentos, em que as camadas individuais têm contornos, de modo que uma pilha formada pela totalidade de camadas defina pelo menos uma parte de uma cavidade de forma, a qual pode ser preenchida com contas expansíveis de um material termoplástico, e tendo meios para o suprimento e a descarga de meios de transferência de calor gasosos e líquidos. De modo a se obter uma produção mais rápida de partes moldadas de espuma em partículas com qualidade superficial melhorada e soldagem uniforme das partículas de espuma e, ao mesmo tempo, uma redução da quantidade de energia necessária para a produção das partes moldadas, é proposto que as camadas sejam dispostas, pelo menos em suas regiões adjacentes à cavidade de forma, a uma distância definida umas das outras, para a formação de canais, os quais são selados externamente, mas abertos dentro da parte de ferramenta para a penetração dos meios de transferência de calor gasosos e líquidos.
