Abstract
"ALOJAMENTO DISPOSTO EM UM SISTEMA DE DESCARGA DE GáS PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo conversor intencionado para ser disposto em um sistema de descarga para um motor de combustão, o dispositivo conversor compreendendo um invólucro externo (1), uma passagem para conduzir os gases de descarga pelo dispositivo conversor, um filtro de partículas (7) disposto na dita passagem, para remover partículas dos gases de descarga, e um agente de limpeza catalítico (10) disposto na dita passagem, para fazer a limpeza catalítica dos gases de descarga. o filtro de partículas (7) e o agente de limpeza catalítico (10) são posicionados relativamente entre eles, de modo que os gases de descarga escoam pelo filtro de partículas (7) e o agente de limpeza catalítico (10) substancialmente paralelamente, mas em direções opostas (8, 11) e que pelo menos um plano (A) perpendicular às ditas direções paralelas (8, 11) se estende por ambos o filtro de partículas (7) e o agente de limpeza catalítico (10).
