"DISPOSITIVO EVIDENCIADOR DE VIOLAçãO, RECIPIENTE, COMBINAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE E DE UM DISPOSITIVO EVIDENCIADOR DE VIOLAçãO, PRODUTO DE BEBIDA ALCOóLICA, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM DISPOSITIVO EVIDENCIADOR DE VIOLAçãO". é apresentado um dispositivo evidenciador de violação (1, 101, 201) para um conjunto de tampo adaptado para ser aplicado à boca de recipiente (3), por exemplo, ao colo de uma garrafa. Foi identificada a necessidade por um dispositivo evidenciador de violação que não possua quaisquer partes que sejam removidas mediante a sua abertura inicial e que possam ser reaplicadas por falsificadores ou semelhantes. Conseq³entemente, a presente invenção apresenta um dispositivo evidenciador de violação (1, 101, 201) que compreende um membro de manga (5, 105, 205) que inclui uma primeira parte (10, 110, 220) associada com uma segunda parte (15, 115, 215) por intermédio de uma parte frangível (10, 110, 220) entre elas interposta, e onde a primeira parte (10, 110, 210) é adaptada para ser aplicada à parte de boca e de colo (4) de um recipiente (3), e a segunda parte (15, 115, 215) é associada com um membro de tampo de recipiente (35, 135, 235), e onde uma operação de abertura inicial do recipiente causa a ruptura da parte frangível (20, 120, 220) de tal maneira que quando o recipiente (3) volta a ser tampado as primeira e segunda partes (10, 110, 210 são localizadas em uma relação mutuamente espaçada.
