Abstract

"PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA, E, PRODUTO MANUFATURADO ELASTOMéRICO VULCANIZADO". Pneu para rodas de veículo, compreendendo: a) uma estrutura de carcaça possuindo pelo menos uma lona de carcaça associada aos respectivos arames de talão esquerdo e direito, cada arame de talão sendo encerrado em um respectivo talão, citado talão compreendendo uma carga de talão; b) uma estrutura de cinta compreendendo pelo menos uma tira de cinta aplicada circunferencialmente sobre a citada estrutura de carcaça; c) uma banda de rodagem circunferencialmente superposta na citada estrutura de cinta; d) um par de paredes laterais aplicadas lateralmente em lados opostos relativos à citada estrutura de carcaça; no qual a citada carga de talão é obtida por vulcanização de uma composição elastomérica compreendendo fibras descontínuas e pelo menos um polímero elastomérico contendo grupos epóxidos. A carga de talão acima mencionada é capaz de ter influência positiva nas qualidades de desempenho do pneu, em particular nas qualidades de desempenho em alta velocidade, tais como a estabilidade de conversão, o controle sobre uma superfície molhada e conforto de viagem.
