Abstract

"MáQUINA PARA EMBALAR GARRAFAS EM CAIXAS DE PAPELãO". A presente especificação deve ser usada para montar caixas de papelão, começando com uma folha dobrada (2) com tiras adesivas, de um modo no qual, em uma etapa inicial, as garrafas (6) a serem embaladas são colocadas em uma parte central da folha desdobrada da caixa (8), cuja parte central que deverá corresponder à base da caixa montada. Uma vez que as garrafas (6) colocadas nesta parte central da folha desdobrada (2) se encontrem em movimento descendente, a folha deverá encontrar uma estrutura em forma de funil (14), a boca, junto com o peso das garrafas (6), faz a caixa (8) ser parcialmente montada ao ser introduzida nesta estrutura em forma de funil (14), sendo sua base disposta sobre uma plataforma móvel ligada a algumas guias longitudinais (16). Uma vez tendo sido executada a montagem inicial e principal, primeiramente a dobra total das paredes laterais e então a montagem da boca da caixa será executada nas fases subseq³entes, e finalmente a caixa montada com as garrafas será ejetada por um ejetor (40).
