Um circuito de fonte de alimentação tolerante a falha de corrente, com uma fonte de alimentação cc e dispositivos de comutação para converter a corrente da fonte em uma corrente de carga ca, inclui um circuito de segurança para proteger os dispositivos de comutação de condições de sobretensão, quando uma carga indutiva entrar em curto-circuito.
