Abstract

"MANCAL DE ROLETES E MéTODO PARA MONTAR MANCAL". A invenção se refere a um mancal de roletes do tipo compreendendo uma pista externa (1) e pelo menos uma pista externa (2), as pistas compreendendo individualmente pelo menos um anel oblíquo (6) , para corpos afilados (4) de rolamento, disposto entre os mesmos, no qual um alojamento anular (12) é provido entre as pistas para receber um dispositivo de vedação para o mancal, no qual o dispositivo de vedação compreende uma junta (16) de vedação dinâmica associada a uma das pistas, o diâmetro interno da junta (16) sendo maior do que ou igual ao diâmetro maior (Dext) da superfície de deslocamento do anel (6) da pista externa (1), e uma armação anular (16) associada à outra pista, a armação (17) compreendendo um alojamento anular (18) no qual é disposta uma junta (17) de modo a roçar contra a armação durante a rotação relativa das pistas (1, 2).
