Abstract

"ALIMENTADOR E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR SOLUçõES AQUOSAS CONTENDO ALTAS CONCENTRAçõES DE OXIDANTES SóLIDOS". é provido um método contínuo para dissolver um oxidante sólido em uma solução aquosa que gera uma corrente de uma solução aquosa tendo uma concentração constante ou quase constante de oxidante sólido. o método da presente invenção inclui (a) dispor um leito de oxidante sólido dentro de um recipiente; (b) introduzir uma solução aquosa abaixo da superfície superior do leito; e (c) remover qualquer solução acima da superfície superior do leito enquanto que mantendo um nível constante ou quase constante de solução aquosa no leito. Preferivelmente, a etapa (c) é realizada à pressão atmosférica. Este método pode ser alcançado com um alimentador que inclua um tanque para conter um leito de oxidante sólido e um dispersador para introduzir a solução aquosa no leito. Uma o unidade de sensor/controlador é provida para detectar um volume combinado de leito e solução aquosa dentro do tanque e mantendo o volume combinado dentro de uma faixa predeterminada.
