Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A DESSALINIZAçãO DE áGUA POR MEIO DE OSMOSE REVERSA, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA A REALIZAçãO DO MESMO". A invenção se refere a um método e a um dispositivo para a dessalinização de água com osmose reversa, especialmente para a dessalinização de água do mar. De acordo com o dito método, a água salgada (10) é alimentada em um dispositivo de compensação de pressão (2) com uma primeira pressão (p1) e é então conduzida do dito dispositivo de compensação de pressão (2) para um módulo de membrana (3) com uma segunda pressão (p2), mais elevada. água dessalinizada (12) e água salgada concentrara (13) são guiadas para fora do módulo de membrana (3) e a água salgada concentrada (13) proveniente do módulo de membrana (3) é continuamente alimentada no dispositivo de compensação de pressão com aproximadamente a segunda pressão (p2). Aqui, a dita água salgada concentrada é usada para sujeitar a água salgada (10) que é alimentada no dispositivo de compensação de pressão (2) a aproximadamente a segunda pressão (p2) e para alimentar a água salgada (11) no módulo de membrana (3). A introdução da água salgada concentrada (13) no dispositivo de compensação de pressão (2) e a guia da água salgada concentrada (14) para fora do dispositivo de compensação de pressão (21) tem lugar por meio de válvulas principais controladas (V1, V3, V4, V6). As ditas válvulas principais são sujeitas a uma considerável carga mecânica, especialmente durante a abertura e o fechamento.
