Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O PREPARO DE MATERIAIS DE BASE DE óLEO LUBRIFICANTE, MATERIAIS DE BASE DE óLEO LUBRIFICANTE PRODUZIDOS A PARTIR DO MESMO, E, COMPOSIçãO DE MATERIAL DE BASE DE óLEO LUBRIFICANTE". Os materiais de base de óleo lubrificante e as composições de material de óleo lubrificante, assim como um processo para o preparo de materiais de base de óleo lubrificante e composições de material de óleo lubrificante de material de óleo lubrificante, são divulgados. Os óleos lubrificantes preferivelmente têm um índice de viscosidade acima de cerca de 115. O processo envolve a obtenção de materiais de alimentação que têm um ponto de 95% abaixo de 621<198>C e materiais de alimentação que têm ponto de 95% acima de 621<198>C. Os materiais de alimentação que têm um ponto de 95% abaixo de 1150% são cataliticamente desencerados, e os materiais de alimentação que têm ponto de 95% acima de 1150% são desencerados com solvente. Os produtos resultantes podem ser opcionalmente misturados, e os materiais de base podem ser combinados com vários aditivos para formar composições de óleo lubrificante. O hidrotratamento pode ser opcionalmente efetuado nos materiais de base de óleo lubrificante para remover olefinas, oxigenados e outras impurezas. Em uma realização, uma ou mais das frações são obtidas a partir da síntese de Fisher-Tropsch. Uma ou mais das frações podem também ser obtidas a partir de outras fontes, por exemplo, via destilação de óleo bruto, contanto que as frações não incluam quantidades apreciáveis (i.e., quantidades que afetariam adversamente o catalisador usado para o isodesenceramento catalítico) de tióis ou aminas.
