"SISTEMAS EMULSIFICANTES APERFEIçOADOS PARA USO NA FABRICAçãO DE INGREDIENTES DE AMIDO DESIDRATADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema emulsificante aperfeiçoado para uso na fabricação de ingredientes de amido desidratados. Também refere-se a um processo para fabricar os ingredientes desidratados, usando os sistemas emulsificantes aperfeiçoados, massas fabricadas usando os ingredientes desidratados e o processo para fabricar estas massas, e produtos alimentícios que contêm os ingredientes desidratados.
