Abstract

"FOTOINICIADORES DE óXIDO DE ACILFOSFINA EM RESINAS DE MOLDAGEM DE METACRILATO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fotopolimerização para a produção de moldagens a partir de resinas de moldagem de metacrilato em que (1) uma formulação de resina de moldagem de metacrilato contendo (A1) > 50% de metil metacrilato e/ou um pré-polimerizado contendo uma alta proporção de metil metacrilato (A2) O a 40% de outros monómeros que podem ser copolimerizados com metil metacrilato (B) 0,1 a 10% de no mínimo um fotoiniciador de óxido de mono ou bisacilfosfina (C) O a 10% de outros fotoiniciadores (D) O a 5% de fotoiniciadores térmicos e (E) opcionalmente aditivos habituais adicionais é fundida em um molde e (2) é totalmente curada por meio de irradiação com uma fonte luminosa dentro da faixa de a partir de 200 a 800 nm para formar uma moldagem mecanicamente estável.
