Abstract

"DERIVADOS PIPERIDINA PARA USO INIBIDORES 2,3-óXIDO ESQUALENO LANOESTEROL CICLASE". A presente invenção refere-se a composto de fórmula (I), onde U,V,W,A^ 1^,A^ 2^,A^ 3^,A^ 4^,A^ 5^,m e n são como definidos na descrição e reivindicações e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis e/ou seus ésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. Os compostos são úteis para o tratamento e/ou profilaxia de doenças que são associadas com 2,3-óxido esqualeno-lanoesterol ciclase tais como hipercolesterolemia, hiperlipemia, arteriosclerose, doenças vasculares, micoses, cálculos renais, tumores e/ou distúrbios hiperproliferativos, e tratamento e/ou profilaxia de tolerância a glicose prejudicada e diabetes.
