Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ANáLISE DE UMA AMOSTRA DE MúLTIPLOS COMPONENTES SELECIONADOS". O pedido descreve um método para prognosticar propriedades químicas e biológicas, por exemplo, toxicidade, mutagenicidade, etc., de misturas de componentes múltiplos complexos de dados de separação 2D, por exemplo, GC-EM. Os dados são resolvidos em picos (C) e espectro (S) para componentes individuais por um procedimento de resolução de curva automatizada (GENTLE). Os picos determinados são então integrados e a área característica, o parâmetro de separação e o espectro associados combinados para produzir uma matriz de prognóstico (X), que é usada como entrada para um modelo de regressão multivariado. Quadrados mínimos parciais (PLS) são usados para correlacionar os dados de separação 2D para um conjunto de treinamento para a propriedade medida.
