Abstract

"BIOPOLìMERO SOB FORMA SECA, DISPERSìVEL E COM HIDRATAçãO RáPIDA, UTILIZAçãO DO MESMO, E, FORMULAçãO". A presente invenção tem por objeto um biopolímero sob forma seca, dispersível e com hidratação rápida caracterizado em que pelo menos 75 %, em peso, das partículas do referido biopolímero apresentam um diâmetro compreendido entre 60 e 250 mícrons e um diâmetro médio (d~ 50~) compreendido entre 100 e 200 mícrons. A invenção tem igualmente por objeto a utilização de um biopolímero de tipo acima como agente espessante ou viscosificante, emulsificante e/ou estabilizante, nas formulações industriais, alimentícias, cosméticas e farmacêuticas.
