Abstract

"TRATAMENTO DE CARGAS DE FLUORCARBONO". Essa invenção se refere ao tratamento de cargas de fluorcarbono que inclui gerar, em uma zona de alta temperatura, um arco elétrico entre pelo menos um catodo e pelo menos um anodo; gerar na zona de alta temperatura e por meio do arco elétrico e de um gás de plasma, um plasma térmico queimando em direção ascendente e tendo uma chama traseira; deixar uma carga sólida particulada de fluorcarbono, compreendendo pelo menos um composto de fluorcarbono, formar uma mistura térmica reativa com a chama traseira do plasma térmico, com o composto de fluorcarbono se dissociando em pelo menos um precursor de fluorcarbono ou espécie reativa; e, resfriar a mistura térmica reativa para formar, a partir do precursor de fluorcarbono ou espécie reativa, pelo menos mais um composto de fluorcarbono desejado.
