Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR ARTIGOS MOLDADOS TENDO UM EFEITO DE ESPIRAL DE CORES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um artigo moldado, tendo um efeito de espiral de cor sobre a superfície, o processo compreendendo: a) fornecer um primeiro concentrado de cor que compreende um primeiro corante portado em uma mistura de um polímero orgânico cristalino e um polímero orgânico amorfo e, opcionalmente, fornecer um segundo concentrado de cor compreendendo um segundo corante portado em um polímero orgânico amorfo, cujo polímero amorfo é compatível com os polímeros usados como veículos para o primeiro corante; b) fornecer um polímero orgânico fluido, que é compatível com os concentrados de cor da etapa a); c) transferir os concentrados de cor da etapa a) e o polímero orgânico fluido da etapa b), para uma extrusora ou máquina de moldagem capaz de produzir os artigos moldados; d) fornecer suficiente calor para manter a temperatura da mistura da etapa c) acima das temperaturas de transição do vidro dos polímeros das etapas a) e b) e também acima das temperaturas em que os polímeros amorfos da etapa a) se derretem ou fluem, mas também abaixo da temperatura de fusão ou de fluidez do polímero cristalino da etapa a); e) conformar um artigo moldado mediante fornecimento de suficiente pressão e mistura, necessários para produzir um artigo moldado e, dessa forma, distribuir os concentrados de cor, de modo a vincular um efeito de espiral de cor sobre a superfície do artigo moldado.
