Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "APARELHO DE RESFRIAMENTO PARA TIJOLOS NA PAREDE LATERAL DO FUNDO DE UM ALTO-FORNO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de resfriamento capaz de prolongar a vida útil de um alto-forno com a supressão da erosão induzida por ferro fundido de um tijolo de carvão na parede lateral do fundo de um alto-forno, impedindo que a deterioração da habilidade de resfriamento para o tijolo de carvão seja deteriorada, aparelho este estruturado para fazer a ligação de um esfriador de metal ao tijolo de carvão com um adesivo contendo pó de carvão, uma resina sintética e um agente de endurecimento, que formam uma camada de ligação contendo 50% ou mais em massa, preferivelmente de 50 a 85% em massa, de carvão sólido entre o esfriador e o tijolo de carvão; e a um aparelho de resfriamento, de acordo com o aparelho acima adicionalmente estruturado, para embutir cavilhas de fixação em uma extremidade no tijolo de carvão, para fazer com que a outra extremidade das cavilhas de fixação perfure o esfriador, e para prender o esfriador ao tijolo de carvão com as cavilhas de fixação por meio do aperto das porcas de aperto com arruelas apresentando uma função de mola provida entre as porcas e o esfriador. Os custos do equipamento e os custos da instalação dos aparelhos de resfriamento são mais baixos do que aqueles dos esfriadores de aduelas convencionais, e eles podem ser instalados em qualquer posição, de acordo com a condição dos tijolos.
