"DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA EM ROUPA SALVA-VIDAS". O presente relatório descritivo para Patente de Adição refere-se a uma disposição construtiva em roupa salva-vidas manual ou automático para atividades náuticas, aquáticas ou aéreas sobre áreas cobertas por água ou terrenos pantanosos, especialmente desenvolvida e dotada de áreas de um, dois ou mais lumens ou compartimentos (01) em posições estratégicas, colocadas para, ajudar a manter a cabeça do usuário fora da água. Estes lumens ou compartimentos poderão ser preenchidos por gás comprimido, ou gás produzido por reação química, ou espuma de densidade inferior a da água acionados por sensores ou manualmente (04) de maneira a provocar flutuação positiva do usuário desta vestimenta quando o mesmo se encontrar em dificuldades para manter a flutuação, quer por cansaço, pânico, fadiga muscular, câimbra muscular, falta de ar, infarto do miocárdio, mal súbito, perda dos sentidos ou qualquer outro motivo que o coloque em eminente perigo devido."CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT IN LIFE CLOTHING".
