Abstract

"ESTRUTURA COM CAMADA DE AGLUTINANTE SEMLAMINAçãO DESFEITA RELACIONADA A SUBSTRATOMETALIZADO DESPRENDIVEL COM RELAçãO A SUBSTRATODE POLIPROPILENO". A presente invenção se refere a umaestrutura de múltiplas camadas compreendendo, em sucessão,uma camada de metal ou uma camada de substrato metalizado,uma camada de um aglutinante à base de polipropileno revestidopor extrusão em uma taxa superior a 100 min e possivelmente umacamada de polipropileno, a camada de metal ou metalizada e acamada de aglutinante sendo feitas de forma que não podem ter alaminação desfeita mediante tratamento a calor da estrutura. oaglutinante que pode ser extrusado compreendendo em peso: - 5 a30% de um copolímero (A) baseado em etileno e um ou maisco-monómeros escolhidos do grupo de ésteres de ácidocarboxílico, ésteres de vinil e dienos especificamente o terpolímerode etileno/alquil (met) acrilato/anidrido maléico; - 40 a 93% de umpolipropileno (B) que pode ser esticado, a capacidade deesticamento sendo definida como a capacidade de uma hasteextrusada em uma temperatura de entre 190<198>C e 240<198>Ce puxada em uma taxa de tração de entre 50 e 250 m/min semruptura; - 2 a 30% de um polipropileno (C) tornado funcionalmediante um anidrido de ácido carboxílico insaturadoespecificamente anidrido maléico; o MFI da composição estandoentre 1 O e 50 g/10 min (em 230<198>C/2,16 kg). A invençãotambém se refere às embalagens compreendendo essa estrutura.
