Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ELEMENTO MISTURADOR PARA UMATRANSIçãO DE FLANGE EM UM OLEODUTO". O elementomisturador (2) é provido para uma transição de flange (10) em umoleoduto (1), e pode ser montado entre dois flanges (11, 12) dooleoduto. Compreende uma estrutura de misturação ativa (25)formada por uma ou duas palhetas (25a, 25b) dentro de um anel(20). Podem ser definidos dois planos inclinados entre si (21, 22),com uma palheta estando disposta no plano e as duas palhetasestando dispostas nos dois planos. Os dois planos se interceptamem um eixo de cruzamento (23). Subsuperfícies fechadas (52, 51'),assim como peças abertas de superfície (51, 520, 521, 522) daspalhetas, formam um padrão de superfície (5) formadoassimetricamente em relação ao eixo de cruzamento. Através daforma assimétrica, um fluido (9) que escoa através do oleodutopode ser fletido de uma tal maneira que fluxos parciais (9b) sejamfletidos a partir de uma metade de tubo através de subsuperfíciesdo plano (21) para dentro da outra metade de tubo, e encontram lá,em grande parte, fluxos parciais não fletidos, com isto tambématuando vice-versa em relação ao outro plano (22) se, neste último,houver uma segunda palheta (25b) que possui elementos deestrutura.
