Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O ENVASAMENTO DE MATERIAIS DE OBTURAçãO DENTAIS". A invenção refere-se a um processo bem como a um dispositivo para envasamento de materiais de obturação (2) dentais em recipientes individuais (3) especiais para a aplicação odontológica. Um reservatório (1) é unido de modo estanque e à prova de pressão com um bocal (4) conicamente executado do recipiente individual (3). O material de obturação (2) dental é comprimido por meio de pressão para fora do reservatório (1) através do bocal (4) para dentro do corpo de recipiente e desloca então adiante de si um êmbolo (7) axialmente deslocável até uma posição final pré-dada por um batente (10) regulável. Com isso, também com simultâneo envasamento de vários recipientes individuais (3), pode ser garantida uma dosagem precisa por um período de tempo operacional longo. Um sensor (11) disposto na região do batente (10) registra a posição final alcançada de um tucho de batente (6) transmitindo o movimento do êmbolo (7).
