Abstract

"PNEU RADIAL COM LINHA DE LONA APERFEIçOADA" Trata-se de um pneu com lona radial (200) que tem uma banda de rodagem (210), uma estrutura de cinta (212) e uma carcaça (216) que compreende dois costados (226A, 226B), dois talões (220a, 220B) e uma ou mais lonas (222). A uma ou mais lonas têm um raio de lona de ombro carregado (R~ 2L~) (linha da lona na área do ombro quando o pneu está carregado) que é menor do que um raio de lona de ombro não carregado (R ~ 2U~) (linha de lona na área do ombro quando o pneu não está carregado). Este projeto elimina a elevação da banda de rodagem e elimina a necessidade de ranhuras de desacoplamento na banda de rodagem nos ombros.
