A invenção também tem por objeto os meios inéditos empregados no processo de obtenção de ácidos nucleicos acima, como vetores inéditos e processos inéditos de preparação de tais vetores ou, ainda, de células hospedeiras recombinantes compreendendo um ácido nucleico da invenção.
