Abstract

"ANEL DIMENSIONALMENTE ESTáVEL PARA USO COMO UM TALãO DE PNEUMáTICO, TALãO DE PNEUMáTICO, COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA DE TALãO DE PNEUMáTICO, MéTODOS PARA PRODUçãO DE UM TALãO DE PNEUMáTICO E DE UM PNEUMáTICO, E, PNEUMáTICO". Um anel dimensionalmente estável para uso como um talão de pneumático compreende uma fita formada de uma pluralidade de arames de talão encapsulados e aderidos por uma composição de borracha crua dimensionalmente estável, preferivelmente compreendendo borracha de estireno-butadieno reticulada, e uma composição de borracha de talão de pneumático compreende uma borracha de estireno-butadieno tendo estirenobutadieno reticulado e pelo menos uma outra borracha de dieno, de modo a se obter uma combinação de boa estabilidade dimensional, processabilidade e aderência do arame. Um processo para produzir o talão de pneumático e um pneumático que inclua o talão de pneumático, são também providos.
