Abstract

"TECIDO DE FORMAçãO TRANçADO COM TRIOS DE URDIDURA". Um tecido de formação tendo uma camada do lado do papel e uma camada do lado da máquina compreende pelo menos dois sistemas de fios de trama e um único conjunto de trios de fio de urdidura. No modelo de tecedura do tecido, cada membro de cada conjunto de trio dos fios de urdidura entretece com os fios de trama do lado do papel para ocupar em seq³ência os segmentos de uma trajetória de urdidura não interrompida na superfície do lado do papel, e os membros de cada trio entrelaçam em pares com os fios de trama únicos da camada do lado da máquina. Cada segmento na trajetória de urdidura não interrompida é separado por pelo menos um fio de trama da camada do lado do papel. Os pontos de entrelace da camada do lado da máquina podem ser regularmente ou irregularmente espaçados. Depois da regulação com calor, os tecidos tipicamente têm um enchimento de urdidura de aproximadamente 105% a aproximadamente 140%, uma área aberta de pelo menos 35% na superfície do lado do papel, e uma permeabilidade ao ar tipicamente de aproximadamente 3.500 a aproximadamente 8.200 m^ 3^/m^ 2^/h. Os produtos de papel feitos usando esses tecidos têm melhor capacidade de impressão.
