"CASSETE DE EXPRESSãO, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, MICROORGANISMO, PLANTA TRANSGêNICA, MéTODO PARA GERAR PLANTAS TRANSGêNICAS, USOS DE UM VETOR, DE UM MICROORGANISMO, DE UM CASSETE DE EXPRESSãO, OU DE UMA PLANTA TRANSGêNICA, E, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE TOCOFERóIS". A invenção refere-se a um novo tipo de cassetes de expressão que, sob controle genético, contém seq³ências de ácido nucleico reguladoras a) seq³ência de ácido nucleico codificadora de 4-hidro-fenil-piruvato-dioxigenase (HPPD) ou de um de seus equivalentes funcionais; e/ou b) pelo menos uma seq³ência de ácido nucleico (anti-HGD), que pode inibir a atividade de homogentisato-dioxigenase (HGD).
